Prices of bookings are until December 31st 2013.

The cottages are exclusively for adult couples only. Strictly no infants/children are permitted.

AUD $240.00 (incl GST) per couple per night.

Minimum of 2 night stay on weekends including a Saturday.

One night bookings are accepted from Sunday to Thursday.

Terms of Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Arrival and Departure Times

The cottage is available from 3.00pm on the first day of your stay and needs to be vacated by 11am on your departure day unless other arrangements are made.

CANCELLATION AND DAMAGE POLICY

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee however may be used towards rebooking at a future date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit/monies paid. If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, no refund will be given. Note - there are no sofa beds / roll-away beds available in any of the cottages.

We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover for unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings.

We understand that accidents happen but any wilful damage will be charged to the client's account. 

Smoking Policy

Smoking within the cottages is strictly forbidden however guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200 which will be charged to the guest's account.

Gift vouches may be purchased for that perfect gift.
